Breathwork is an active meditation technique where you are your own healer. You utilize your own breath to purge your body of emotions like anger, fear, grief & resentment and reset your nervous system. By using your breath, you are able to fully disconnect from your overthinking mind and tap into your body where your emotions may be stored. You are able to release, purge and feel safe in your body.

This 2-part breath that I will guide you through will bring awareness to your body. It is all done through your mouth vs. your nose where the awareness is in your mind. You will begin by setting an intention for the session and lie down. I will guide & hold space for you while you do the work. This active breathwork meditation will last for 25-35 minutes followed by 10 minutes of rest where you will receive & access the benefits of this practice. The breath relaxes you and will move energy in your body by oxygenating the blood and working its way to the brain, stimulating your hypothalamus gland which releases endorphins and moves you into a higher state of consciousness.
