breathwork is a transformative practice that you can implement in your life every day. whether you do a 3-minute practice of cat/cow or breath of fire to a 30-minute 2-part active breathwork meditation to move the energy in your body, these practices have transformed my life in ways i didn’t know was possible and i am so excited to share them with you.

in a 1:1 session utilizing a 2-part active breath, you will learn the breathing technique that can bring so much healing and clarity to your life. you will share your intention for the session and you will utilize the breath to move your own energy and self-limiting beliefs. the breath will get you out of your mind and into your heart, bringing you closer to self-love, creativity and releasing self-doubt and conditioning you have collected over the years.

in a 1:1 kundalini session, we will work thru exercises utilizing mantra, mudras, breathwork, meditation and movement. practicing kundalini yoga balances your glandular system, strengthens your nervous system and enables us to harness our energy of our mind & our emotions. this helps us to be in control of ourselves vs. being controlled by our thoughts & feelings. kundalini yoga fast tracks you and helps you to get to your highest-self and highest potential.

since finding the 2-part active pranayama & kundalini yoga, i continue to set into the best version of myself. these practice are a fast track to seeing results in your life, to access your highest potential and getting to what brings you joy in this life. i first found the 2-part pranayama when i was in the depths of postpartum anxiety & depression that felt like i was swallowed whole and spit out about 17 times. while adding this practice to my life, i was able to purge so many emotions like resentment & deep sadness that had built up over my lifetime and mourn the birth & postpartum experience i thought i would have. i continue to discover a new version of myself, showing up as the mother i dream to be and as a human being who is passionate about this practice and sharing this “medicine” with others. the breath is truly the greatest medicine to nourish your mind, body & spirit. i had tried kundalini yoga here & there, but it wasn’t until i found it again, where i showed up each day of 2023 to practice kundalini yoga —movement, mudra, mantra, breathwork & meditation. anytime i sit to do a kundalini yoga meditation or breathwork practice, i feel an immediate shift in my nervous system during & post practice and over time has had lasting positive effects in all aspects of my life. i can’t imagine not doing either of these practices and i’m truly so honored to hold space and share them with you.
